- 8 large crescent roll dough triangles (1 can refrigerated crescent dough)
- 6 large eggs (for the scrambled egg filling)
- 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (you may use pork, chicken, turkey, spicy, or mild, depending on your preference)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend of your favorite cheeses)
- Salt and pepper (to taste, for seasoning the eggs)
- 1 tablespoon butter (for scrambling the eggs)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent the roll-ups from sticking.
- Cook the sausage: In a skillet, cook the crumbled sausage over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks, until it’s browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside. If there’s excess grease, drain it before continuing.
