1️⃣ Heat the Pan
- Warm olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
2️⃣ Brown the Sausage
- Add turkey sausage slices in a single layer.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until browned and caramelized. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté the Veggies
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers.
- Sauté for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened and slightly golden.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2–3 minutes until they start to blister and release their juices.
4️⃣ Season and Combine
