Sausage, Onion, Bell Peppers & Tomatoes Over Rice

👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Heat the Pan

  1. Warm olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.

2️⃣ Brown the Sausage

  1. Add turkey sausage slices in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until browned and caramelized. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Sauté the Veggies

  1. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers.
  2. Sauté for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened and slightly golden.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2–3 minutes until they start to blister and release their juices.

4️⃣ Season and Combine
