1οΈβ£ Cook the Lamb Chops
- Pat lamb chops dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear lamb chops for 3β4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until browned and desired doneness is reached.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Shrimp Fried Rice
- Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a wok or large pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2β3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add beaten eggs to the pan. Scramble and cook through, then push to the side.
- Add peas, carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine everything evenly.
- Return shrimp to the pan and stir until heated through. Adjust seasoning to taste.

- Serve lamb chops with a generous scoop of shrimp fried rice.
- Optional: Garnish with extra green onions or a drizzle of sauce from the lamb pan.
