👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Cook the Salmon

  1. Pat salmon strips dry and season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder or chili flakes if using.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear salmon strips for 2–3 minutes per side until golden, crisp on the edges, and cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

2️⃣ Prep the Salad

  1. In a bowl, toss arugula or mixed greens with fresh lemon or lime juice and a light drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
