1️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley until well combined.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
  4. Place the bread on a baking sheet, cut sides up, and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp

  1. While the bread is baking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

3️⃣ Assemble the Sandwich

  1. Once the garlic bread is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  2. Layer the cooked shrimp evenly over one half of the garlic bread.
  3. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the shrimp.
  4. Place the other half of the garlic bread on top to form a sandwich.

4️⃣ Grill the Sandwich

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
  2. Carefully place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from the skillet, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
