Shrimp Stir-Fry with Broccoli & Carrots

  1. Once everything is hot and coated with the sauce, remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Serve the stir-fry hot with rice or noodles, and enjoy!

Storage

If you have leftovers, store the stir-fry in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave before serving. The dish can also be enjoyed cold as a quick lunch the next day!

Tips

  • If you prefer a bit of spice, add some red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha to the sauce for a kick.
