S’mores Hot Chocolate Bombs – Gooey, Cozy & Irresistibly Fun

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate:

  1. Place milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

2️⃣ Form the Chocolate Shells:

  1. Using a silicone half-sphere mold, spoon melted chocolate into each cavity.
  2. Use the back of the spoon to spread chocolate evenly up the sides.
  3. Refrigerate or freeze the mold for 10 minutes until firm.

3️⃣ Fill the Bombs:

  1. Once shells are set, carefully remove from molds.
  2. Fill half of the spheres with mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.

4️⃣ Seal the Bombs:

  1. Warm a clean plate in the microwave or over hot water.
  2. Briefly press the edge of an empty shell on the warm plate to melt slightly, then quickly place it over a filled half.
  3. Gently press together to seal. Chill sealed bombs in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
