Soft and Fluffy Cinnamon-Walnut Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting

Cover the baking dish with a clean towel and let the rolls rise for about 30 minutes, until puffed up.

  • Bake the rolls. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top and cooked through. Keep an eye on them, as oven temperatures may vary.
  • Make the cream cheese frosting. While the rolls are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until the frosting is light and fluffy.
  • Frost the rolls. Once the rolls are baked and slightly cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting generously over the top of each roll. The warmth of the rolls will cause the frosting to melt slightly, making it extra creamy and delicious!
