Sticky Herb-Glazed Chicken & Crispy Fries

1. Make the Fries

Air Fryer:

  • Toss fries with oil and salt.

  • Air fry at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway.

Oven-Baked:

  • Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

  • Spread fries on a lined tray, bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

2. Cook the Chicken

  • Season chicken strips with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.

3. Make the Glaze

  • Reduce skillet heat to medium.

  • Add butter, garlic, honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, and a splash of lemon juice.

  • Stir and simmer until thickened and glossy.

  • Toss the cooked chicken back into the pan and coat well in the glaze.

4. Serve & Enjoy
