1. Make the Fries
Air Fryer:

Toss fries with oil and salt.

Air fry at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 15β18 minutes, shaking halfway.
Oven-Baked:

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Spread fries on a lined tray, bake for 20β25 minutes, flipping halfway.
2. Cook the Chicken

Season chicken strips with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken for 3β4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
3. Make the Glaze

Reduce skillet heat to medium.

Add butter, garlic, honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, and a splash of lemon juice.

Stir and simmer until thickened and glossy.

Toss the cooked chicken back into the pan and coat well in the glaze.
