👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Crust
- In a bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter, and sugar (if using). Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and look like wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch or similar-sized dish. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set while preparing the filling.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in banana slices and strawberries.
3️⃣ Assemble the Layers
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth the surface.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
