Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are set and slightly golden. The centers should remain soft — they will continue to cook as they cool.
  2. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
