Strawberry Crunch Bars – Sweet, Crunchy, and Irresistible

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup fresh strawberry puree or strawberry jam

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized pan.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool completely while you prepare the filling and topping.

2. Make the Strawberry Layer

  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Whisk in the fresh strawberry puree (or strawberry jam) and heavy cream until fully combined. The mixture should be smooth and spreadable.
  • Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
