- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup fresh strawberry puree or strawberry jam
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool completely while you prepare the filling and topping.
2. Make the Strawberry Layer
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Whisk in the fresh strawberry puree (or strawberry jam) and heavy cream until fully combined. The mixture should be smooth and spreadable.
- Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
