Instructions
- Start by preparing the shot glasses. In a small plate or shallow dish, place the crushed cookie crumbs or red-and-white sanding sugar. Dip the rim of each shot glass into a little water or a small amount of cream to moisten it. Then, roll the rim of the glass in the crumbs or sanding sugar to create a festive, sweet coating around the glass.
- Next, combine the sugar cookie or vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur (or Irish cream), and cream (or half-and-half) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture and combine the ingredients well.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared shot glasses, filling each about halfway or to the desired amount.
- Top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream for that creamy, indulgent finish. You can either pipe the whipped cream on top for a neat presentation or spoon it on for a more rustic look.
