📝 Ingredients

For the Noodles:

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles (or substitute with spaghetti or linguine)

For the Protein:

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce (optional, for depth)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
