šŸ‘Øā€šŸ³ Instructions

1ļøāƒ£ Cook the Ground Beef

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
  2. Once browned and no longer pink, drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and add a splash of water (about 2 tablespoons). Stir to combine and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened and flavorful.

2ļøāƒ£ Cook the Shrimp

  1. In a separate skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside. Do not overcook to keep the shrimp tender and juicy.

3ļøāƒ£ Assemble the Nachos

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large foil tray or oven-safe baking dish, spread out a layer of tortilla chips to cover the base evenly.
  3. Distribute the cooked ground beef over the chips.
  4. Drizzle the shredded cheese or nacho cheese sauce generously over the beef and chips.
  5. Top with the cooked shrimp, spacing them out evenly across the surface.

4ļøāƒ£ Melt & Finish

  1. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let sit for 1–2 minutes before garnishing.
