  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar + pinch of salt
  • 4 nori sheets (seaweed)
  • Oil, for frying or crisping

For the Toppings:

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, finely julienned
  • Pickled ginger (optional)
  • Extra sriracha or spicy mayo drizzle
  • Microgreens or sesame seeds for garnish
