- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
For the Creamy Chipotle Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1–2 teaspoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
