- Unwrap the string cheese or mozzarella cheese sticks. If using mozzarella, cut them into smaller sticks to make bite-sized pieces.

- In a shallow bowl, combine the garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the flour and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg until smooth.
- In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and crushed tortilla chips for added texture.
3๏ธโฃ Coat the Cheese Sticks ๐ง๐
- Dip each cheese stick into the flour mixture, coating it completely. Then dip it into the beaten egg, followed by the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks well.
- Repeat for each cheese stick and set aside on a plate.
4๏ธโฃ Fry the Cheese Sticks ๐ณ
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. There should be enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Carefully add the coated cheese sticks to the skillet and fry for 2โ3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
