Tropical Layered Fruit Cups (Kiwi, Mango & Pineapple)

Directions

  1. Layer them: Add fruit to each cup in this order—kiwi → mango → pineapple → grapes → jelly pearls. Aim for even depth per layer for a tidy stripe effect.
  2. Gently press each layer: Use the back of a spoon to level the surface lightly so layers sit flat. Press just enough to remove large air gaps without crushing the fruit.
  3. Clean the glass: If any juices streak the sides, wipe the inner walls with a clean paper towel wrapped around a spoon for sharp, photo-ready edges.
  4. Serve ice cold: Keep cups refrigerated until serving so the fruit stays crisp and the pearls maintain their bounce.
