Tuna Avocado Toast

  1. Toast the Bread
    Toast the slices of bread to your preferred crispness. Set aside.

  2. Prepare the Tuna Mixture
    In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, corn, lemon juice, and a pinch each of salt and black pepper. Mix well until creamy and evenly distributed.

  3. Mash the Avocado
    In a separate bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork. Add a touch of lemon juice and salt if desired for extra flavor and to keep it from browning.

  4. Assemble the Toasts
    Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each toasted bread slice.
    Spoon the tuna mixture on top, spreading gently to cover.

  5. Garnish and Serve
    Sprinkle with chili flakes or fresh herbs for a flavor boost. Serve immediately.
