👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Stew Base
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
2️⃣ Cook the Turkey 🦃
- Add the diced turkey to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 5–7 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and dried rosemary and thyme. Stir to coat evenly.
3️⃣ Add the Vegetables 🥕🍲
- Add the carrots, potatoes, green beans, and peas to the pot.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25–30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the turkey is cooked through.
4️⃣ Season & Serve 🍽️
- Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for an added burst of freshness.
