: White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting the white chocolate chips. Place them in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate, as it can burn easily. Stirring helps ensure it melts evenly.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. The vanilla enhances the sweetness of the white chocolate, while the sea salt adds a savory contrast that brings out the other flavors in the clusters.
  3. Add the dried cranberries and pecan halves to the melted chocolate. Stir gently until the cranberries and pecans are evenly coated in the chocolate. The mix of textures—soft, chewy cranberries and crunchy pecans—will create the perfect bite in every cluster.
  4. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to space the clusters out a bit so they don’t stick together while they set. You can make them as small or as large as you like, depending on your preference.
  5. Allow the clusters to cool at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator to speed up the setting process. Once the chocolate has fully hardened and the clusters are set, they’re ready to enjoy!
