Combine Dry & Wet

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture to create a thick batter — don’t overmix.

Add the Mix-ins

Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Gently fold in raspberries that have been lightly coated in flour (to prevent sinking).
