White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

      1. Bake the Cheesecake:
        – Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared graham cracker crust in the springform pan.
        – Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still slightly jiggles when you shake the pan. The cheesecake will firm up as it cools.
        – Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour. Then, remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to fully set.
