🍰 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pan
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch (24 cm) round cake pan and lightly dust with flour to prevent sticking. Tap out the excess flour.
2️⃣ Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3️⃣ Cream the Butter & Sugar
- In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar together for 3–4 minutes, until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice until evenly distributed.
