Zucchini and Tuna Casserole: Simple and Delicious Recipe
1. Preparing the Zucchini
Wash the zucchini and grate it (you can also cut it into small cubes if you prefer a different texture). Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the grated or diced zucchini for about 5–7 minutes until some of the moisture evaporates. Lightly season with salt and set aside.
