- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook for 1β2 minutes per side or until pink and just cooked through.
- Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.

- In the same pan, add broccoli, red bell pepper, and onion.
- Stir-fry for 4β5 minutes until veggies are bright and slightly tender but still crisp.
