🍤🦞 Cajun Shrimp & Lobster Pasta – Creamy, Spicy & Irresistibly Luxurious

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  1. Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

2️⃣ Season & Sear the Seafood:

  1. Season shrimp and lobster with half the Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Sear the shrimp and lobster for 2–3 minutes per side until just cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Build the Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion for 2–3 minutes until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the remaining Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika.
  4. Pour in the broth and heavy cream. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
  5. Stir in the parmesan cheese and mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
