1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil if needed to prevent sticking.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
- Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t brown it).
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning to taste.
