🍤🧄 Creamy Garlic Shrimp Alfredo Pasta – Rich, Comforting & Irresistible!

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  1. Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil if needed to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

  1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t brown it).
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning to taste.
