🍰 Ingredients

Brownie Base:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 70 g all-purpose flour (a little over 1/2 cup)
  • Pinch of salt

Coconut Mousse:

  • 200 ml cold whipping cream
  • 200 ml full-fat coconut milk
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g shredded coconut
  • 6 g gelatin (1 packet powdered gelatin)
  • 3 tablespoons hot water (to dissolve gelatin)

Chocolate Mousse:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 250 ml cold whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 g gelatin + 3 tablespoons hot water

Topping:

  • 120 g melted dark chocolate
  • Shredded coconut or chocolate chips (for garnish)
