🥕🍰 Cream Cheese Frosted Moist Carrot Cake

2. Make the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until creamy and smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing until incorporated.
  3. Add vanilla extract and beat for another 1–2 minutes until light and fluffy.

3. Assemble the Cake:

  1. Place one cake layer on a serving plate or cake stand. Spread an even layer of cream cheese frosting on top.
  2. Repeat with the second and third layers, then frost the top and sides of the cake.
  3. Decorate with extra chopped nuts, carrot ribbons, or orange zest if desired.
