🦞🍋 Creamy Lobster Fettuccine Alfredo – Elegant, Buttery & Totally Indulgent

🍽️ Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Fettuccine:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the fettuccine until al dente (usually 10–12 minutes). Drain and toss lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

2️⃣ Sauté the Lobster:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the lobster meat and minced garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and warmed through. Remove lobster and set aside to avoid overcooking.

3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
  2. Stir in the grated parmesan and whisk until melted and smooth.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Simmer for another 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
