1️⃣ Cook the Fettuccine:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the fettuccine until al dente (usually 10–12 minutes). Drain and toss lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Lobster:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the lobster meat and minced garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and warmed through. Remove lobster and set aside to avoid overcooking.
3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
- Stir in the grated parmesan and whisk until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Simmer for another 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
