1οΈβ£ Boil the Macaroni:
- Cook macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (about 7β8 minutes).
- Drain and set aside. Lightly drizzle with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
2οΈβ£ SautΓ© the Seafood:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2β3 minutes until pink and opaque. Stir in lobster and heat through for 1β2 minutes.
- Transfer seafood to a plate and set aside.
3οΈβ£ Make the Cheese Sauce:
- In the same pot, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to form a roux. Cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream until smooth. Stir constantly until thickened, about 5β7 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
