Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (Choose 80/20 for a nice balance of flavor and fat. Leaner beef can be used but may be less juicy.)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (Fresh garlic adds aromatic depth.)
- ¼ tsp salt (Essential for seasoning the beef.)
- ¼ tsp black pepper (To season and bring out the flavor of the beef.)
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (For wrapping the filling. You can use traditional biscuits or pizza dough for a fluffier option.)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (For the cheesy filling.)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (For brushing the bombs before baking and adding a rich finish.)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (For the garlic parmesan topping.)
- 1 tbsp dried parsley (For a touch of color and fresh flavor in the topping.)
Instructions
- Prepare the beef filling: In a large skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain any excess grease. Add the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Assemble the bombs:
