Big Mac Style Beef Wraps

My teenagers were getting tired of regular burgers, so I wrapped all those Big Mac flavors in a tortilla. Now they ask for these instead of drive-through runs. These wraps bring together all the familiar layers—seasoned beef, crunchy lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, and a creamy special sauce—while keeping everything easy to assemble and quick to cook. The result is a warm, handheld meal that feels both comforting and fun, perfect for busy weeknights or casual lunches when you want something satisfying with minimal prep.

Ingredients

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
