- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks (or 1 cup Cool Whip)
3️⃣ Whipped Layer
- 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
or 2 cups homemade whipped cream
4️⃣ Toppings (Choose One or Combine)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cookies
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- 1/2 cup chopped mini Reese’s cups
