  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
  • ½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240 ml) hot brewed coffee

For the Mocha Cream:

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) cold heavy cream
  • 1 cup (240 g) mascarpone or cream cheese
  • ¾ cup (90 g) powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For Decoration (Optional):
