Almond Joy Cookies – Quick, Easy & Beginner-Friendly

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2: Mix the Dough

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated and combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky.

Step 3: Scoop & Bake

  1. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the tops are set.

    Step 4: Cool & Enjoy
