Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2: Mix the Dough
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated and combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky.
Step 3: Scoop & Bake
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the tops are set.
