For the Creamy Spinach Sauce:
- 2 cups fresh spinach πΏ, washed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter π§
- 2 cloves garlic, minced π§
- Β½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version) π₯
- ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
- Salt & pepper to taste π§
