1๏ธโฃ Prepare & Bake the Salmon ๐
- Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place salmon fillets on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional smoked paprika.
- Bake for 12โ15 minutes, depending on thickness, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
2๏ธโฃ Make the Creamy Spinach Sauce ๐ฟ๐ฅ
- While the salmon is baking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for 2โ3 minutes until wilted.
- Reduce heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes creamy.
3๏ธโฃ Serve & Garnish ๐ฝ๏ธ
- Place the baked salmon fillets onto serving plates.
- Spoon the warm creamy spinach sauce generously over each fillet.
- Garnish with lemon slices and extra grated Parmesan if desired.
- Serve with steamed rice, roasted potatoes ๐ฅ, or a crisp green salad ๐ฅ for a complete meal.
