Best Banana Bread Ever
This banana bread bakes up incredibly moist, tender, and full of sweet banana flavor. Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 ripe bananas, mashed — should be about 1¼ cups (anywhere from 1 to 1½ cups will work)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (can use a combination of brown sugar and granulated sugar)
- 2 large eggs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
