Better Than Fall Pumpkin Cake 🎃🍰

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven & Prep Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch square baking pan, or line with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger (if using), salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, both sugars, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing just until no flour streaks remain. Do not overmix.
