👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven & Prep Pan
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch square baking pan, or line with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger (if using), salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, both sugars, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing just until no flour streaks remain. Do not overmix.
4️⃣ Bake
