Big Mac Inspired Beef Wraps

Instructions

Make the Special Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir slowly at first, then mix more vigorously until the sauce becomes creamy, smooth, and fully blended. Refrigerating the mixture while preparing the rest of the recipe allows the flavors to meld, resulting in a more balanced sauce that mimics classic burger-style dressing.

Cook the Beef

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. When the oil begins to shimmer lightly, add the chopped onion and sauté until it softens and turns translucent, releasing a mild sweetness that forms the base of the beef mixture.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and break it apart with a spatula. Continue cooking until the beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally so it browns evenly without sticking. Drain any excess grease to prevent the wraps from becoming soggy.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir thoroughly to distribute the seasoning, allowing the heat of the skillet to help the flavors absorb into the meat. Let the mixture cook for another minute or two so everything comes together.
