1️⃣ Prepare the Blackberry Sauce
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blackberries, water, sugar, and salt.
- Stir occasionally until the berries begin to break down and release juices (about 5–6 minutes).
2️⃣ Thicken the Sauce
- Mix cornstarch and lemon juice in a small bowl to form a slurry.
- Pour slurry into the blackberry mixture. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
3️⃣ Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully moistened.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9½-inch (24 cm) deep pie dish.
- Refrigerate the crust for at least 15 minutes to firm up while you prepare the filling.
