Brazilian-Inspired Beef Plate with Rice, Beans, Fries & Fresh Salad 🇧🇷

1. Make the Fries

  • Oven-Baked: Toss potato fries with 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  • Fried: Heat oil in a deep skillet and fry potatoes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

2. Cook the Beef & Onions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Sear the beef for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add sliced onions to the skillet and cook for another 2–3 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
