Brown Sugar Glazed Apple Bundt Cake 🍎🍰

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Cake Batter

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10- or 12-cup Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir just until combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.

2️⃣ Bake

  1. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then carefully invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
