1️⃣ Bloom the Yeast:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy — this shows the yeast is active. ⏳
2️⃣ Make the Dough:
- Add 5 cups of flour, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Mix until a soft, sticky dough forms. 🥣
- Stir in the melted butter and continue mixing until the dough becomes smooth and elastic (about 8–10 minutes of kneading by hand or using a stand mixer with a dough hook). 🧈
