- Season with salt and pepper. Adjust milk for creaminess if needed.
2️⃣ Cook the Cajun Salmon:
- Pat salmon fillets dry. Rub with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Add a pinch of salt if needed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.
3️⃣ Prepare the Pepper Gravy:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
