1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of liquid crab boil to the water for extra seafood flavor.
- Cook lasagna sheets according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment or foil to prevent sticking.
2️⃣ Cook the Seafood
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté shrimp and crawfish tails in a bit of butter or olive oil with a pinch of Cajun seasoning until just cooked through, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in crabmeat and remove from heat. Set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute more to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cream. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until thickened, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and melted. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
