Cajun Seafood Lasagna with Creamy Alfredo Sauce 🦐🦀🧀

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of liquid crab boil to the water for extra seafood flavor.
  2. Cook lasagna sheets according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment or foil to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Cook the Seafood

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté shrimp and crawfish tails in a bit of butter or olive oil with a pinch of Cajun seasoning until just cooked through, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in crabmeat and remove from heat. Set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute more to form a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk and cream. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until thickened, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and melted. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

    4️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna
