Caramel Brownie Cheesecake 🍫🍰🍯

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Brownie Layer

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Stir in the additional 1/2 cup flour to create a firmer base.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 15 minutes to partially set the base. Remove from oven (it will finish baking with the cheesecake).

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Layer

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract until fully combined.
  3. Pour the cheesecake batter over the partially baked brownie layer and smooth evenly.
  4. Drizzle 1/2 cup caramel sauce over the cheesecake and use a knife to gently swirl it in.

    3️⃣ Bake & Cool
